A private bush campsite in Murwillumbah โ no other campers, no distractions. A dam and rockpools right across the road, bush all around you, and 48 hours of actual time with good humans.
If you've been pushing hard lately or you're stepping into a new chapter of life, there's something powerful about slowing all the way down and coming back to basics. We hike, we swim, we sit around the fire and have conversations that actually go somewhere.
This is proper bush camping โ BYO food, water and cooking gear, firewood provided. If you have a burner bring it, if not someone will share. Kai places everyone into small crews before the weekend so you arrive already knowing who you'll spend it with. We coordinate the rest together in the group chat.

Good to know
Yes โ this is a BYO camping gear event. You'll need a tent, sleeping bag and sleeping mat at minimum. If you're not sure what to bring or want to coordinate gear sharing, jump into the members event group chat beforehand โ people are always happy to help.
This is proper bush camping โ no kitchen, no fridge, no facilities. BYO food and water. If you have a camp burner, bring it โ if not, someone will have one you can share. We coordinate food, gear and cooking in the members group chat before the weekend and it always comes together really well. Bring food that travels well and doesn't need refrigerating.
There are no toilet facilities on site โ this is genuine bush camping. There's a public toilet block about 500m away, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Last time everyone just walked there together and it was completely fine. Worth knowing before you book.
