What the Weekend Looks Like

Day 1

🌅 Friday — Arrive & Settle In

Arrive, set up and ease into the space. From 5pm we'll get the fire going, run some connection activities and everyone can start cooking dinner. The first night is all about settling in around the bonfire, getting to know your crew and unwinding after the week.

Day 2

🌿 Saturday — Adventure & Connection

A full day of adventure. If you're joining Saturday only, aim to arrive by 10am — we leave for the hike at 11am.

We'll be doing the Unicorn Falls Walking Track, then heading back to camp for the rockpools in the afternoon. Back at camp we'll slow things down with games and good company before another night around the fire.

Day 3

🌞 Sunday — Reflect & Head Home

A slower, grounded morning. End of month journalling as a group, a chance to reflect on the month and set intentions. Then breakfast together, a gradual pack down, wrapping up mid-morning.

🏕️

What to Bring

🚹

Toilets

The nearest toilet is 500m up the road — a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Last time everyone just walked there together. It became part of the experience honestly.

📵

A Note on Phones

We encourage everyone to take this as a bit of a break from technology. Nothing strict — just intentional. Be present, lean into conversations and give yourself the space to actually switch off.

Crew Matching

Before the weekend, fill out this short form. We'll ask a few simple questions — how life feels right now, your intention for the weekend, what you'd love to talk about. Based on your answers we'll place you into a small crew so you arrive already knowing a few familiar faces.

Don't Have Something? Just Ask

Need extra esky space? Don't have a camp burner? Not sure what to pack? Just ask in the group chat. Last time people were sharing cake around the fire, offering carpools to strangers and lending out gear without a second thought. This weekend works because everyone shows up for each other. That starts before you even get there.
